The fascinate already has CM7 and MIUI, but MIUI is based off of 1.3.5. I think it would be awesome if you guys can work your magic to upgrade the fascinate. Im not sure if CM7 would help you guys out since it is based off gingerbread but I think it worth a shot.
I know the rom wouldn't be fully functional cause of mms and few other things but that is okay with me. Can you devs or advisers on this site let me know if this is possible for you guys on this site, I would greatly appreciate it! Thank you in advance!
