[Q] Remove an Emergency number ??

Can anyone help me to change how the rom dials the emergency, simply my case is:

I dial "110", The phone map it as an emergency number and calls the emergency, The strange thing is that the emergency in my country is "122" how did call it although I dialed "110"

I was advised to edit the file "Build.Prop", so I removed "110" from the ECC list, I did that, but the same problem still existing.

I am stuck in version 1.10.14 where this ptoblem wasn't existing, although the dialer identify "110" as Emergency number but it doesn't dial the emergency.
