Try enabling end calls with power button setting as workaround.

Thanks for the option, I will set it up, however often needed another functions during a call e.g. using the numpad, or switch to speakers...

i want to unlock bootloader at my new Note 3 SE

i asked and i got permission to unlock it...
and
when i got soft started it makes this message:

I beleive you did as expected, ask on en.miui.com after waiting one or two more days retrying.

One thing you can try is connect to china with VPN and try again.

Did you try with WLAN or mobile internet? Try both.

I have exactly the same error, it does not matter via wifi or through a mobile network, even the operators changed it!
