The latest Xiaomi.eu Stable ROM for your device is:

xiaomi.eu_multi_HMNote10_V12.0.7.0.RKGMIXM_v12-11-fastboot.zip	2021-04-24	3.1 GB

You can directly flash the latest version, instead of V12.0.5.0 (given in the guide).
