Redmi 3 Pro Fastboot

Hi all.
I've noticed today that I can't boot my phone into fastboot mode.
If I hold Power and Vol+ my phone boots into this thing:

(don't mind the red rectangle, I just found this image on Google).

If I press "Fastboot" the screen flashes but then the phone returns to this screen.
Do you know why this happens?

U need hold Power + Vol- for fastboot
