Redmi 3 Test Point Need

When Mi flash working pc shuting down ...
and Redmi 3 now continuous rebooting , can't given edl or fastboot mode command ..
We need to push edl to phone test point .
any ideas ?

Boot to this mode pressing vol+ and power button same time for long time and then press download* button.

yes it works, vol+up, press, download, use the miflash tool to upload the desired rom

When I got bootloop I could only get into fastboot with volume down and then flash unbrick rom via miflash. Works 100% on boot unlocked device. Have not tried on locked device.
