Redmi Airdots 3 fiber replacement

Hello,

i know this is not the right place in the forum but i have to ask anywhere.

I have cleaned my Redmi Airdots 3 from ear wax and it happened that the fiber which is covering the sound channel came off.

Does any one know with what this can be replaced?
