New Redmi buds 4 pro audio very low

I have used these buds for months without problems then immediately the audio became very low, I tried to pair them with different devices (phone, computer, etc.) but nothing happens

Same here with Redmi Buds 4 (not pro)

For me it helped to clear " MIUI Bluetooth" and "Bluetooth" App data.

Same here, using pro 4 buds with an iphone. Suddenly after month of perfect performance the right ear volume is very very low...
