New Redmi Buds 4 pro issue with right airbud

Hello everyone, I bought recently these airbuds, but im'facing a problem right now. This morning, everything worked perfectly as always, but then I notice right now an annoying bug. Indeed, the volume of the right bud became very low, and it became impossible to activate the ANC since it makes any audio trash. SUch a shame, I loved these airbuds, but now I'm stuck with the most annoying bug. Please help me, I'm begging you.
