Invalid Redmi K30 refresh rate missing and display bug

I bought global version of Redmi k30 ( for some reason it says in 'About phone' it's Poco x2 and using poco launcher..)
Anyway, Redmi K30 should have in the display settings a refresh rate option but in my settings under Display I can't find the refresh rate option...

Also, whenever I change the display size to XS the battery indicator ( in the status bar) cut in half and goes under the punch hole...

Sorry but here we support MIUI EU custom rom only.
I suppose your phone is a Chinese K30 with an unofficial seller made "global" rom.
Unlock your bootloader and wait for EU rom availability.
You must report this issue to your seller.

So that means those sellers probably buy the china rom and change it to fit to global rom even though Xiaomi itself didn't do it yet? Yes/no?
I still don't understand if my phone is redmi k30 or not? and why I don't have the refresh rate option?
