Invalid [Redmi Note 10 Pro] [MIUI 13] Blur disabled when battery reaches 20%

Hello everyone.

My device is having this strange behavior when the battery reaches 20%. All blur effects disappear, making the control and notification center very confusing to use.
Is there any solution?

i have the exact same problem on mi 11 pro Xiaomi.eu 13.0.9.0, installed with format data and after restore device.

Then record a logcat immediately when the blur is gone. Maybe there's some hint there.
Sounds like a battery conserving feature to be frank.

Tried to record logcat, but I found that when device is connected on any source of power, like plugged on PC, the blur don't disappear.
There is another way to record a logcat?

Use some logcat reader from play store, let it run in the background during the issue.

ADB over Wi-Fi (in developer settings)

It took a while, but I finally managed to run logcat. Hope it helps somehow.

I did a clean install of last stable (13.0.4) and the problem persists.
Since logcat was not able to detect the problem, I was asked to generate the sweet_props by adb.
I am attaching the access link below:

Try to use "Hidden Settings" app. Install and find battery settings. Then, disable an option to start power saving with 20%. It works for me.
