Resolved Redmi Note 11 Pro 5G Global - NFC not working

I recently installed the 13.0.4.0 China based xiaomi.eu ROM and realized that my NFC stopped working

When I turn NFC on it just turns back off. Also when I am in CIT test it's stuck on "NFC is opening"

No Magisk or TWRP installed

Will I have to install it with wipe or can I just install it on top on the China based ROM

wipe is recommended but you can try just update and see..
