Redmi Note 3 Pro Unlock But No Root

Hi everybody,
I've received my new Redmi note 3 pro and I have the following question. I want to install a good rom with italian language, but I don't want to root my device.
Are the following steps right?
- unlocking bootloader
- install twrp via Flashify or ADB
- install latest multi dev rom from recovery
Is it enough? Do I need a modified kernel?

you can also install global developer rom. There is italian language and don't need unlock bootloader

Also you can install Global 7.1.8 Oficial and dont need to unlock BL. Then after that you intal Global china weekly rom with Italien at language and works like a charm
