New Redmi Note 9 Pro EU 14.0.3.0.SJZMIXM Can't send or receive SMS

Hello,

I have an Redmi Note 9 Pro with the latest miui.eu rom version (14.0.3.0.SJZMIXM) and I'm not able to send or receivei text messages (SMS). It gives me an error saying that it wans't possible to send the message. I tried with the buil-in sms app, tried with google messages and with signal and got the same error. Hope you can help me with this struggle as long as i can't communicate with anyone. Cheers.

Hello, thank you for your response, when I enter the SMSC I have 2 refresh buttons and when I hit the left one i get an update error and when i hit the right one, it shows my number like "+xxxXXXXXXXX",145.
