New Sms slow to send, some even to receive

Hey so i came from global MIUI 14 on Xioami 11 lite 5g ne to the xioami.eu rom, via fastboot.
My sms messages on Google messages take exactly 2 minutes to send, sometimes it even throws an error while sending. Tried deleting messages and installing again, clearing cache, nothing. It's really annoying

I have same problem when install PlayIntegrityFix with VoLTE enabled, disable VoLTE solved my problem
