Redmi Pro 3/32 X20 Rom 7.6.10 Awake 100% Of The Time / Bt Disconnect

Hi.

Installed my Redmi Pro with the 7.6.10 ROM and I see that it has the awake status in the battery report on 100% of the time. I see that the android app is used 28% of the time. What gives?
How to resolve?
Anything needed to troubleshoot?

I also just tested, and BT is disconnecting after some minutes in my car. This was not happening before, although after doing a restore of a twrp backup I had with 7.5.11 I also had the same issue. So:
7.5.11 - issue not happening with BT.
Upgraded to 7.6.10 - did not test.
Reverted back to twrp backup of 7.5.11 - BT issue introduced.
Clean install of 7.6.10 - BT issue still present.
Any hints?
