Redmi3s Imei Vs :unknown Slot1

Hi,
Following an update that bugged my redmi3s went for repair.He came back with a xiaomi rom in Chinese.

The worry is that the slot1 does not work, it recognizes the sim card but impossible to have network.

Looking at the imei parameters I noticed that the imei sv (slot 1) is: "unknown", slot 2 nano sim imei sv: 01 works very well.I installed a stable xiaomi.eu 8.2.1 rom and this did not fix the problem.Do you have an idea to repair?

Same ! But i can use both SIM slots !

To fix it ( maybe ) you have to flash ( redmi3s16gb.qcn ) modem file but first you have to edit it and insert your imei numbers , a bit messy !!!
