If I flash eu rom right after flashing twrp on cn miui, Do I need to flash disable force encryption zip after flashing eu rom?
Or eu rom don't need this zip to be flashed?

NO,
You only need to format data/yes! before you flash EU rom.

@LOLO9393 another question. I need to do format data partition once after first time rebooting into twrp but after that if again flash another twrp (Q supported) do I again need to format data?
