I think the default region is kinda mess in 9.7.4...because a lot of my country based apps is not listed in the google play. when i flash back to previous rom, its there..and also theres an apps i install, its default language changed to polska if im not mistaken.

What apps you install that change the language to Polish, exactly? The region property is an MIUI-exclusive, it's not used by third-party apps.

something similar happens to me. The vault app delivers news to me in Polish because it assumes the region is Poland. When I rate the app, that information appears to me.

Then don't install the global App vault. We don't have any news in our app vault.
