Replacement Part Problem - No Signal

The USB / charging socket on my RN2 is broken and I can't charge the phone, so I ordered a replacement part.

When I put the part into my phone and plugged everything in, I could charge it again, but I had no mobile signal. I checked that the antenna was plugged in correctly, but still no signal.
I put the old part back in, and I had a signal again.

Assuming it was a faulty part, I contacted the supplier, and they sent a replacement. But that had exactly the same problem.
Then I noticed that the part they'd sent has a different part number to the original one.
The original part from the phone is part number H3Y_UB_LLDS861 but the replacement I was sent is part number H3Y_CT_LLDS861. See the attached image for the two parts.

So I then bought what was supposed to be the right part, from a different supplier. But when it arrived, it was the wrong version again, and had the same problem.
The replacement version does get a weak signal outside the house, but nothing inside. I usually have a good strength inside the house, using EE and Three UK networks.

Does anyone know what the difference is between these two parts, and why the version all the sellers seem to have won't work with my phone?
Is there something that could be done to make it work with my phone - any settings I could try changing?

Does anyone know where I can get a H3Y_UB_LLDS861?

Thanks, but I suspect it's not actually the right part. The last one I bought was from Aliexpress, and it was supposed to be the right part number, but the one they sent was the wrong one.

Maybe you can try contacting the reseller asking if the part is really H3Y_UB_LLDS861 and ask him to send you a picture.

The last one I ordered did have a picture of the part I want, but they still sent the wrong one. I'm waiting for an answer from them to see if they can supply the correct part.

I was hoping there would be something I could do that didn't involve waiting for another replacement part to come from China.

I've just found this thread. I have the same problem with exactly the same boards and thought that maybe I had a faulty board and was about to request a replacement from the supplier.
Have you had any luck finding a solution ?

Thanks - I would have bid for that if I'd seen this earlier. No guarantee that it will contain the part I need though, but it would have been worth the risk for the price it sold for.

The person who was advertising the correct part on Aliexpress (then sent the wrong one) told me he'd sent a replacement of the right sort. But that was seven weeks ago and it's not arrived, so I think he was just trying to make me miss the deadline for refunds.

I contacted Xiaomi by email a few days ago to ask if they knew where I could get one, but they haven't replied yet. When (if?) they reply I'll post their response here.

Shame . You could use it as an excuse to buy a new phone - you can get Mi Note 2 for £184 at the moment!

"We are sorry to hear that device got broken and regret the inconvenience you are facing. I would like to inform you that as of now we are not selling spare parts from our Official Global website, so we are unable to comment in this regard.

However, would request you to coordinate with the respective point of purchase in this regard."

I received a replacement board with 'H3Y_CT_LLDS861' printed on it from 'Professional Phone Parts Store' via aliexpress and my phone can now make & receive calls & texts again.
