The USB / charging socket on my RN2 is broken and I can't charge the phone, so I ordered a replacement part. When I put the part into my phone and plugged everything in, I could charge it again, but I had no mobile signal. I checked that the antenna was plugged in correctly, but still no signal. I put the old part back in, and I had a signal again. Assuming it was a faulty part, I contacted the supplier, and they sent a replacement. But that had exactly the same problem. Then I noticed that the part they'd sent has a different part number to the original one. The original part from the phone is part number H3Y_UB_LLDS861 but the replacement I was sent is part number H3Y_CT_LLDS861. See the attached image for the two parts. So I then bought what was supposed to be the right part, from a different supplier. But when it arrived, it was the wrong version again, and had the same problem. The replacement version does get a weak signal outside the house, but nothing inside. I usually have a good strength inside the house, using EE and Three UK networks. Does anyone know what the difference is between these two parts, and why the version all the sellers seem to have won't work with my phone? Is there something that could be done to make it work with my phone - any settings I could try changing? Does anyone know where I can get a H3Y_UB_LLDS861?
