[resolved] change nativ message app (sms) with Textra or Mood etc... on Mi8

Hi everybody,

I've tested recently to change miui's mative sms app for another one like Textra or another (Mood). It works very well and give interresting options, but i could't have any sound for this apps to announce an incoming message text ! Although i configure a sound, it doesn't work ! An idea anyone ?

I'm using Yaata and I defined the notification sound from OS Settings not from application settings. I'm using xiaomi.eu ROM, but same steps I followed on other roms too.
Put your custom notification sound (mp3 or ogg file, I use ogg file) into /Notifications folder from internal storage, then follow next steps:
Settings -> Notifications & status bar -> App notifications -> [search for your application] -> Custom sound -> [Choose local ringtone] -> [Audio files] -> [Choose desired file]
I used an online service to convert my custom sound file from mp3 to ogg, but I do not remember what page was, you can search on you favorite search engine for: "mp3 to ogg online converter"
