Restore Original Photo without AI

Hi everyone,

I'm not sure if I'm on the right place, but I have an Xiaomi Mi 10 Lite 5G with the latest Xiaomi.EU Rom.
I took a photo using the Camera App and AI was enabled at this moment.
Unfortunately, the AI destroyed some Faces.
Is there any way to get the Original Photo without AI Optimizations out of that Image File?
Any App, Website or Program for Mac / Windows?
I should mention the file is quite big, about 11 MB - If I transfer the image as jpeg without any compression to my knowledge, the file is only 4 MB, so I'd guess there are multiple Images stored in the file.

I would highly appreciate some suggestions.

The photo was actually taken directly with AI enabled, so I don't believe there's a "normal photo" within the file. If the photo had been edited afterwards, resulting the destruction of the faces, there might have been a chance to restore the photo. However, as it is, I'm afraid it's not possible
