Good day to all,
I have a big problem with one local product seller for Roborock S50 vacuum. I sent my device to warranty to fix some issues and I received another device, same model, but with scratches and very deteriorated. I know for sure that it is not the device I sent.
Unfortunately, the invoice contains the EAN, not the SN of the product, and I have no physical means to check the SN of the product as I have sent both device and original box to the warranty.
Also, the device disappeared from my Mi Home app and I cannot verify there either.
Is there any way to access the history logs in the Mi Home app / Mi account to try and recover the SN of the original device. The device was used on two accounts. Please know that we did not install the device received from the warranty, so there should be no overwriting in the logs.
