MoKee OpenSource is based on the Google AOSP. We update our source code frequently to keep up with the latest development, and not forgetting to merge in special features of our own at the same time.

A small group of people from around the world who are interested in Android launched this project on the 12th of December 2012, and is committed to make this ROM better and better. Like most contributors of open source projects (Omni, CyanogenMod, Slim AOSPA etc), we are doing all these in our free time as our passion…

Since this project is open source, anyone interested can participate in the development (maintain new devices, contribute code etc). Newcomers are always welcomed!

Not merged/Unmerged partition patch

Use TWRP recovery. Flash the ROM and GAPPS if you want play store etc. I use pico myself (you might need to remove some system apps to make room for GAPPS) I always remove the keyboard and email stuff because I use alternatives, you can also remove the boot animation and not used notification/ringtone sounds etc.

Make sure to thank @M1cha for his work on Mi2s.

Thank you, do you know what's the other .zip in the folder? Is the merged partition patch?

Ps: mabye I can leave a mirror later (let's see if I can download it first..).

I got it, uploading as we speak stay tuned.

Google translate says the other zip file says: not merge partition patch.zip

See first post for new link.

The patch is for NOT merged partitions.

Also follow the first post, use TWRP recovery and flash ''aries_core_unified_single.zip''
Then flash the ROM and GAPPS if you want play store etc. I use pico myself (you might need to remove some system apps to make room for GAPPS) I always remove the keyboard and email stuff because I use alternatives, you can also remove the boot animation and not used notification/ringtone sounds etc.

aries_core_unified_single.zip is an archivie that contain files that you have to flash with MiFlash...

I have unmerged partitions. Should I flash the patch right after flashing the rom? I mean: flash rom -> flash patch -> flash gapps?

Yes.
But probably GApps will need more system space (I deleted some system apps from zip ROM before flashing).

Anyone else having problems with keyboard?Sometimes it won't show up no matter how many times i click on a field.Maybe it's related to screen touch cause i had some issues unlocking the screen.

No problem at all regarding screen & touch for me.

Instead I got a volume on rear speaker pretty much loud even on lowest level. I'm the only one?

Maybe because i am with unmerged partitions...?
Disable dolby audio or play with the settings. You can adjust the volume level on custom settings of dolby audio.

Don't think so, wait for someone else that mabye can help.

You're right, thank you. Dolby Audio was enabled by default and I use V4A. Disabling Dolby everything is fine.

Can you give a V4A link for this rom? I don't really like Dolby either.
