Root lost during the night by Rom update, Safe to root again?

I forgot to cancel automatic rom updates in my official rom, and now I lost my root status, It is not a big deal though, the phone still runs and works properly.
Im going to add root back to the phone but I do have a question, Is it ok if I root again the phone? or should I do a Factory reset, just in case there is a risk if I do that again and mess up my phone.

this is the page for Xiaomi.EU ROM but it will be fine just to reflash magisk zip/apk
