I had miui 8 global stable on my redmi note 3 pro, then I decided to flash the EU miui, which I heard is better.

I tried to flash the latest miui 9 with twrp, but when finished and rebooted, the "settings" didn't open. I tried more 2 times and tried miui 8 stable, but without success.

My 3 attempts:
- Flash with twrp cofface, miui 9 latest
- Flash with twrp cofface, miui 8 stable
- Thinking it could've been the cause, I installed normal twrp and flashed miui 9 again. But the error persist.
I always wiped data, system, Davik and cache before flashing, and wiped Davik and cache after the installation.

Now I restored the old miui 8, but I want to try miui 8 Eu and I don't know what to do! Thanks and sorry for my English!!

your bootloader is corrupted.. probably by unofficial unlock..
unlock it again by official Miunlock tool...

The first time I unlocked was by the official software. Now o tried again with miunlocker and it shows "couldn't verify device (this device doesn't need to be unlocked)"

MiFlash official Xiaomi rom with clean all option and try again, MiFlash should rewrite everything important. Use latest official TWRP from twrp.me to wipe cache/dalvik/data and install xiaomi.eu rom.

Code:
fastboot oem device-info

You can check bootloader lock status with this command in bootloader/fastboot mode (Qualcomm version).

Thank you, I will try this. How and where do I write this command? I tried on the adb cmd but got nothing useful

I tried everything i could (of my knowledge). I flashed official ROM with MiFlash, and then i tried to check the bootloader status and its still unlocked. Cant unlock by miflashunlock because it says "couldnt verify device, this device doesnt need to be unlocked". I dont know what to do, i tried again to install miui.eu but got the same settings problem. As i can see, this problem on bootloader can be the reason, i think. But i cant get it back to stock and cant unlock it properly. What can i do? Thanks!

Well, I don't necessarily want to lock it, but the problems that I'm having seems to be due to corrupted or poorly unlocked bootloader. I just want to be able to install Eu miui without this problem. Thanks!
