it looks like the sgs 3 or even all miui devices got the ussd (Unstructured Supplementary Service Data) bug which allow websites to delete your whole phone or even completly block your sim card.
you could check that site: http://www.heise.de/security/dienste/USSD-Check-1717811.html
and scan the qr code, after opening the site your device may show your IMEI number without further questions. if that happens your in "danger"...
a workaround to solve this might be that two apps
