I then decided to just give Xiaomi.eu a shot and I found that whatever I do to the energy settings, Skype does not receive any notifications at all, whether the phone is locked or I am using it.
Is this known? Is there a fix?
By now I am using a different ROM, so I can't test anything live, but I'd be willing to give Xiaomi.eu another shot in the future if I can get this working.
It is not just Skype btw, but other apps too. But I'd assume the fix would be the same.
