New SMS - no sound, no counter increase, no LED indication

Xiaomi M2S 32gb
miuiandroid_aries_jb-3.7.5.zip

Xiaomi cloud messaging enabled. SMS are being sent, but received WITHOUT:
1. Sound (volume 100%)
2. LED indication
3. Counter over "Messaging" icon is not shown (inside there are unread messages)

LED indication+counters+sounds for missed calls and new notifications seem to work correctly as expected.

I managed to deal with situation. It happens only when you change ROM from vanilla to dev-edition.

How to fix: after you updated to dev-edition, just use Reset to factory state. You will not be rolled back to vanilla, but now dev-edition will be working as expected
