[SOLVED]SIM State NETWORK LOCKED

Has anyone ever experienced something like this and know how to fix because DATA is not working!

Also SIM is working fine on other phones so its MI2 specific problem.

That's strange. Is it something that just happened out of the blue ? Is it rom specific ?

It was ROM specific its fine now when I upgraded to latest CM.
