New Sometimes my calls stop working, MIUI version?

I have a weird bug I encounter almost everyday where I cant hear the other person on the line, or my youtube bugs or audios wont play, and the only way to fix it its restarting the phone, Im currently using ver 10.3.16 on Pie with Mi 9T Pro, I was wondering if anyone has the changelog for the latest 10.4.6 to see if its a problem of my phone or the rom, I dont want to switch to android 10 for personal reasons, any help is apreciated

edit: I flashed 10.4.6 and it turns out to be android 10, I didnt know that, what is the latest Pie version of miui I can switch to?

Why do you flash China ROM and not Global ROM? (If you have a Mi 9T Pro...)

About Official Stable ROMs, check the 7 letters reference:

PFKxxXM = Android 9 (Pie)

QFKxxXM = Android 10 (Q)

Well I need China rom to use some stuff on my device, personal stuff, and also needs to be pie, I don't like global rom, I think the latest version is 10.3.17 I will flash that back.. I also think I need to flash persist.IMG to get my sensors to work
