Stock Camera app - HDR in Pro mode?

Hello,

I've been playing around with the stock camera app's Pro mode a bit and I didn't seem to find a toggle for HDR there. It's not being used automatically either.
Have I missed something, or is it not available for a reason? And is HDR in Pro mode available in the chinese ROM's camera app?

Device - Mi 10 Ultra
ROM - latest weekly EU

Since HDR mode is about merging multiple photos with different settings together automatically, maybe it make sense that it is not possible in the Pro mode that is supposed to give you full control.

Anyway, it is not available on my Poco F3 Global, so it is not specific to the ROM.
