suggestion : automatic stop charge

Hi, It seems that the better way to keep a better lifetime's battery is to not charge the phone at 100%. So , I want to find a way to automatically stop the charge at a precise amount, like 90%. For now I just have an alarm with an app.
I found a magisk module for that but it does not work for my MI5S.
Is it possible to integrate this option in your rom?
and why not other option in order to protect the battery:
- deactivate the fast-charging
- slow down or interrupt charging when the phone goes to hot
- an automatic alarm to prevent the phone to discharge under 10%

Hi, I re-up because I'm jealous from IOS to slowdown the charge at 80%. Do someone know a solution for interrupt charge at 80%?

Hi, you can look for Advanced charging controller (ACC) magisk module or the app from VR-25. Check xda or/and GitHub. Is it the same you tried? Works ok on my rooted platina.

Finaly I use the app Battery charge limit, it's perfect
