I would like to start working on MIUI Stable with all languages.

Would it be possible help me getting started and supplying me with all tools I need?

I would like to release them in the name of MIUIAndroid.com but then managed by myself.

I hope to target regular users who don't want to flash every week, but who want a stable ROM.

You mean the MULTI Lang project? Its more of an effort of teaching other translators what causes FCs and what they can do to to fix it. Rather than it being a simple build problem.

Your more than welcome to help teach translators what is causing FCs on their languages.
