I'm HTC Sensation XE User, i'we flashed Bricked kernel before and it worked, but with version 2.7.13, can't get WIFI to run, so I'm asking it is posible to integrate this optision to ROM in Setttings?!

Option to turn on and off screen, not wizh power button!

No, sweep2wake depends on kernel. Try flashing faux123's kernel.
