as far as I know there has not been a switch for bluetooth visibility/discoverability in MIUI for a while now. From my perspective, having bluetooth always on to keep my Mi Band connected, poses a security and privacy risk. I'm not sure if there are currently any known security vulnerabilities around allowing attacks through bluetooth but you never know about the unpublished ones or the ones yet to be discoverd. In addition I'm always discoverable in short range.
Are there any plans on bringing back such a switch? I'm pretty sure this is a standard feature on most Android ROMs with isn't even hard to implement. What are the reasons for not heaving such a switch?
