Hello, today i was playing NFS Most Wanted on my xiaomi mi2s 32gb, and after about 20 minutes i felt the phone was a bit hot, i went to check on the temperature and it was 47ºC.. Is this normal?

yes its ok.. 4x1.7GHz have to produce some more heat...

What is the max temp of the Mi2S 32GB?
 
Battery shouldn't reach more than 50º. CPU probably could be at 60 or 70º without frying itself. But just in case, try to get your phone the cooler you can :p

In terms of real life, usually only playing heavy games when ambient temperature is more than 30º you could reach values that could somehow harm (on long term) your device.
 
Except in very very rare cases, you don't have to worry about temperature. But in long term, the cooler you keep your battery, the longer it will last.
 
I just got my Mi 2S from ibuygou and it's warming up quicky. I just watched a bunch of videos over Youtube and browsing the web.
My Mi 2S wasn't hot but it was definitvely warmer.

I'm running the latest miuiandroid rom.
 
warming/heat is relative.
Some people already say their phone is burning when it'S 40 degrees Celsius.
Others say 70 are ok as long as the battery doesn't explode :D
