When I use a different launcher than the original one on my xiaomi 11 lite 5g ne, the system navigation buttons behave strangely. This was already happening since the update to miui 14 of the official rom of the Spanish operator Orange. Although a month ago I installed xiaomi.eu stable 14.0.6.0 from scratch and even updated it today via OTA to version 14.0.8.0 and this is still happening.
