New Time Zone Problem Mi5 8.2.2.0 (naachneb) Stable

Found a time zone problem at 8.2.2.0 Stable NAACNEB firmware. Automatic time zone is activated, but it applies wrong time zone. I am in Russia, Moscow time, I should have GMT +03:00 time zone instead of GMT +02:00. There was no such problem with 8.2.2.0 global firmware. Please fix it.
