Toggle buttons in notification area

I saw this video demonstrating MIUI on htc desire (links directly to the place in the video where the toggle buttons are shown):

And I flashed my own htc desire with MIUI 1.5.13, but my notification area has the "notifications" and "toggles" tabs, and I would much prefer to have it like shown in the video.

Is he running a different branch of the MIUI rom or something? Any way I can get the toggle buttons like in the video?

That's an old version of miui, you can't change the current version to display the toggles in that way.

Yeah it would be awesome if we could customise the button positions.

I guess it's nice that you can bring up the toggle panel by holding down the power button, but would be cool with some options so you could tweak the toggle buttons to personal preference.
