Transfer second space Notes and WhatsApp between phones without using Google

Dear staff/members,
Is there any app/possibility to safely transfer Notes (text content) and WhatsApp (message history & all media files) beween two phones, both using _second space_, not involving Google or any other "cloud"?
I just ended chat with support of a known paid backup/transfer program who said their app does not support second space.
Both phones are on stable Miui releases 12.0.11 and 14.0.2.0.

Hello,
I did succeed with WhatsApp. On Android 13 WhatsApp folder was changed from
storage/emulated/10/WhatsApp
to
storage/emulated/10/Android/media/com.whatsapp/WhatsApp.
So the old phone WhatsApp folder (with subfolders) should be copied on the new phone in the new designated folder.
Also, at installing time, WhatsApp asks for full storage access and should be granted at that particular time. Otherwise, permissions "Acces photos and files" and "Access audio files" could not be set to "Always allow" at a later stage. If not allowed at installation time, the two permissions could be set only at "Never"or "Notifiy" but never to "Allow", making it impossible to send pictures/videos from phone gallery to WhatsApp contacts, which requires reinstalling WhatsApp.

I still struggle for a solution to transfer electronically the "Notes" content.
Phones are not rooted.
