Turned brightness all the way down help!

All, the brightness control on the quick toggle / pull down menu will turn your screen all the way black if you use the lowest setting. I did this and cannot undo it - I can restart to the splash screen - but it fades to black before I can change anything. What are my options? Just a reminder - the screen is completely black so if anybody tells me to find this or that menu I am going to lose it !!!

Perhaps somebody could post screen caps of the things I need to press? Any help will be greatly appreciated! FYI I'm running a very recent version of MIUI on a Mytouch 4G.

Try pressing menu+vol up.

Thanks axman79. menu+vol up doesn't do anything for me.. What did work for those of you stuck in this situation. Make sure you are unlocked (I was able to verify by holding home button - if light turned on - locked - if phone vibrated - unlocked). Then swipe down to get quick menu - then press lower right on screen to bring up toggles. Then see attached screen shot in order to figure out where to press. Ahhhh. Sweet retard to smartphone transition . MIUI developers: This is a game-stopping bug!
