Alright , For the phones originally deployed with A11 and higher, FBE by default should be v2

MI 10 was shipped with A10 so the stock firmware should be FBE v1 ; and EU roms should be the same .
First I tried FBEv2 version and couldn't decrypt user data ; switched to non-V2 version and it worked.

SO if you're using EU A13 roms , use this one twrp-3.7.0_12-v7.5_A13-umi-skkk.img

The V2 one might be for other custom roms I guess?
