Hello,
how can update TWRP Recovery is download an new go in to recovery and install or do another way!!

or do :
Download the latest TWRP image file (.img) from the download link and boot TWRP. Go to install and find and select the Images... button. Browse to the image that you downloaded and select it. Choose recovery and swipe to flash.

To update TWRP you can use the Official TWRP app. You can also use this app to backup your current recovery. I've used it on my Mi 5s & Redmi 3s with no issue. Nice & easy does it!
