Hi
I'm having trouble instaling twrp with xiaomi tool, each time i try the software doesn't find any suitable twrp for my phone, so i use manualy the one i have in my pc, but it keeps asking for a password to decrypt data...
What can i do about it?
Thanks

Sorry but not working for me.
I can't tap "back".

Make a backup first with twrp and copy in a pc. If you want, you can restore your settings and apps following this post https://xiaomi.eu/community/threads/otg-backup.46227/#post-442629.

You can use this https://en.miui.com/thread-1662482-1-1.html or wipe data and format internal storage, with this you don't have any installed system, activate mtp in twrp, copy the rom in internal storage and install, all your data are destroyed. Finally restore all your data and settings.

Thks
I can't make a backup via TWRP because all partition are empty.
I've format ans wipe aller data.
I've repair partition
After that, i Can mount a partition ans install a New ROM.
But when a want to update my ROM, I've again the same problem.
I do this manipulation 3 thrice and it's annoying to restore all applications Android parameters.
Finaly I returned on the global ROM (the problem is that it's not updated since november)

Reboot recovery after format data, and then copy rom and install.
