Twrp mi note 3

I installed miui 10 xiaomi.eu and all ok but when I went to enter again in twrp I skipped the recovery stock. What I can do?

Which version of TWRP did you use to install Miui 10?

Flash this TWRP https://yadi.sk/d/uRA5LDEB3ZEfZg and reboot few times to see if it is not overwritten by stock recovery. If that doesn`t work flash the official TWRP https://eu.dl.twrp.me/jason/twrp-3.2.2-0-jason.img

I have rebooted miui 10 again with these twrp and they are not saved. The stock recovery is still booting. I'm desperate.

Did you boot directly to TWRP after installing it? The commands are as follows:
adb reboot bootloader
fastboot flash recovery (the name of the TWRP).img
fastboot boot (the name of the TWRP).img

If you don't boot to TWRP after installing it the stock recovery will overwrite it

I followed all those steps that you said but i when going to back to the recovery after installing the rom, it does not load the twrp.

You need to install magisk via twrp after flashing recovery with fastboot right away! Otherwise, stock recovery wipe out twrp after reboot.
