Unlock_hyperOS_ Global devices

@gogocar62

I bought an F6 device a couple days ago, confirmed global :
Screenshot_1.png

My XiMi account is almost 9 years old. I have Xiaomi Sync and find my phone enabled (Although I can't enable call and sms backing, when I press on it, it asks me for my phone number then nothing happens)
Fourth day in a row now I wait for exactly 00.00 Beijing time and press Unlock but get told quota is reached.
Is there anything I'm doing wrong or could be doing better?

My HyperOS is 1.0.1.0.UNPEUXM, I've already tried HyperSploit binary and php method, even with downgrading Settings app, unfortunately I get the 30001 error, I'm assuming that means Xiaomi is specifically telling me to go f**k myself.

I have tried 40++ days now to unlock the international (UNRMIXM) Poco X6 (non-pro with Snapdragon) using the Xiaomi Community (set to global) and all these days trying at 00:00 Beijing time with no luck, always getting the Quota full try (next day) message... It's a shame!!!

Guess buying a CN version and pay somebody to unlock is better while Xiaomi trolls you every day

There is no chinese Poco X6, but beside this the CN versions where a more expensive than the similar of "greek" market where I got the phone without paying VAT! (less that 200Eur) and I also have the ability if something go bad to re-flash stock rom and lock bootloader and return it to the greek store under warranty (2 full years) to be fixed or replaced.

But about xiaomi trolling customers you are 100% right. If Xiaomi doesn't alter the unlocking policy this will be my last Xiaomi :( :( I am a Xiaomi fan since Mi2S !!!

Yesterday was my lucky day!!! After 45 days with the message "quota limit reached, try <next day>"

lucky man. i had enough after two weeks and then used the ncunlock paid service.
i understand the crew here like gogocar62 are not fans of it, but hell, clicking some button at certain time every day for 45 days in a row is fkn ridiculous.
xiaomi sucks hard with this approach.

Requirements:
- You have a Global Device
- Inserted SIM in the device
- First, make sure your Xiaomi account is older than 30 days.
- You can only unlock the bootloader of 3 devices per year using your account.

download/install Xiaomi Community 5.3.31. video: https://streamable.com/7bqv4q
> change the area in the application to Global
> log in to your Xiaomi account
> click on Unlock bootloader
> click Apply for unlocking
If you see that the application limit quota has been reached, you need to wait until it resets at 00:00h China time and then click again on ( Apply for unlocking )

  • If you have received permission, log out of your Mi account on your mobile phone and turn off WiFI (Logout from the device, I'm not talking about the Mi community app)
  • restart the mobile and turn on mobile data
  • Go to Settings » About phone » HyperOS version.
  • Tap repeatedly on the HyperOS version until you see the pop-up You are now a developer!
  • Go back to Settings, click on Additional settings, then Developer options.
  • Enable OEM unlocking and USB debugging.
  • Bind your Xiaomi account to your phone. Tap Mi Unlock status » Agree » Add account and device. Make sure your device can connect to the internet using mobile data.
  • Once the account is successfully bound, you should get a message Added successfully. Mi account is associated with this device now.
  • Proceed to unlock bootloader.

The countdown has started (usually 72h). Now do not touch the MI account on the device in any way !!
- If you have timed out, continue with the steps:
Step 1.
Run the Mi Unlock app on PC and sign in with your Mi account;
Step 2. Shut down your phone manually, and hold Volume down key and Power button to enter Fastboot mode;
Step 3. Connect your phone to PC using USB cable and click "Unlock". (All user data will be deleted)
How I can Bind my Xiaomi account to phone if not getting any service via sim card. I am unable to connect to the internet using mobile data. My sim card is active and I am in USA. I tried T-Mobile and ATT active sim card. I have Redmi Note 13 Pro 5g Model # 2312DRA50I. I can connect to my home network via wifi. Please help me. Thanks

One question: do I need to login to the Mi account on the phone before applying to unlock the bootloader on the Community app?

By the way this is explained, I understand that no, I only need to login to the Community app with my Mi account older than 30 days, and after I get the permission to unlock bootloader, then follow next steps, one of theim being adding the Mi account to the phone.

Asking because followed the guide with the exact same version but getting the limit quota message, and asking to try again tomorrow. I'll do, but just want to make sure I'm doing this the right way

Whether you have logged in in the system or in the application is not decisive.
This has nothing to do with the fact that you received a message about the limit being exhausted.
You will probably have a problem because Xiaomi seems to have a problem with Global Unlocking recently.

I'm going to unlock my POCO F6 Pro today. Should I give it a try or give up, following all the comments about the recent limits?
