Unofficial rom questions

I am new to MIUI rom and found another unofficial ROM here for my nexus 4 http://en.miui.com/thread-2651-1-1.html , compared to the ROM offered by this site that ROM is by far inferior apart from the ota update capability, isn't it possible to give ROMS on this site ota updates?

Most of the Roms are almost all the same there's really not much of a difference. Only thing miui android Roms have different is multi lang if you need that. Ota only work on officially supported devices.

In reference to unofficial roms. It really depends on what they base their port on.
