Usb OTG and Charging

Hello everybody

Since we got official CM11 USB DAC work with our Mi2 "Out of the box"!!!!
My main target is to make "all in one" for my car that will connect an USB DAC (like external soundcard but with better sound and controls) and charge the Mi2 simultaneously.
Here is the DAC i'm using, i'll solder a small remote for the media buttons to put it on my cars dashboard:

I have tried a couple of hardware mods with resistors to make it possible but nothing works
It seems that the device can be only in one state - USB OTG acting like host or Charging.
Here i need your help, if anyone is familiar with the hardware mods i would appreciate any help.
BTW if anyone has a dock or something like this that can charge the phone while connecting on OTG please contact me!

I have ordered and powered USB hub, that according to Xiaomi Chinese forum is working with MI3.
Hope it will work with Mi2 also.
